Is that a Guiness Foam, a Grey SL or some new color?

  2. Erik Says:

Congrats! Pretty sure I know the neighborhood you’re in, great, great, great location!

  3. Byron Says:

Beaches and bikes… life is good at Ibis. :-)
    I second that congrats!

    awesome color!!!

  5. scot Says:

That is the new color of our 2009 Demo Fleet that will be coming to an Ibis dealer near you in May. It’s a fresh metallic silver.

  6. Jisus Says:

NO WAY! That is my next bike.

  7. Dan Says:

Scot, please make that production color! It’s the best color ever. Makes me want to buy a second Mojo.

  8. Gregg Says:

This is a good thing. Both the color and the new warehouse. Roller coaster rides at lunch!

And that stack of cardboard speaks volumes. Yay!

    Hey Scott,

I figured you would be the man to ask this question. Is it possible to hydro form titanium tubing?

    Thanks,

Possible, but not that practical because it springs back so much. I think there are reasons people do it out of aluminum. Aluminum’s density is lower, it’s less problematic to weld and it also is much more predictable when you push it past yield.

    Congrats on the new digs.

The Mojo color looks cool. If and when I dig up enough dough for a Mojo – will take mine in, uh….uh – can’t decide right now.

Until then, I still have my Silk and old Hakkalugi to ride – on the Ibis front anyway.

    Thanks for making cool stuff.

Sweet… I think an open house is in order. With beer garden.

  13. Erik Says:

    Seconding Ray B’s excellent suggestion!

    Hey Scott,

Thanks for answering my question on hydroforming titanium. Today I ran across an intresting article on composites I think you will find interesting.

    Scott,

I’m going to have to agree with the others on here, that metallic silver definitely needs to be available to the general public. I’ll be looking to replace my current Mojo later in the year and would re-invest in another should that color be an option. Sounds cheesy, but that bike is definitely the ducks nuts.

    Cheers
