The Great Trek Bicycle and Lawsuit Making Company out of the middle part of these here United States of America recently got bitch slapped by a Wisconsin judge after they tried to sue TINY Northern California Trek Winery for shipping their wine into Wisconsin.

That’s right, the suits at Trek decided that it would cause consumer confusion over the source of the wine.
Funny thing…the winery made exactly three tiny shipments to Wisconsin. Two of them went to the winery owner’s aunt and cousin. The third, in an ill-conceived sting operation, was shipped to the wife of a Trek employee, “to confirm that defendants were able and willing to sell wine into the state.”
And my favorite line from the story: “Attorneys for Trek Bicycle could not be reached for comment.” Because they are embarrassed idiots and are shamefully hiding their heads in the sand…
